PROLOGUE

​          The National Leader of Russia was driving a yellow Lada "Priora" along the excellent "Tavrida" highway towards Yalta. As a gracious host, he planned to arrive there earlier than his guests – Donald Trump and Xi Jinping. He could have taken the Crimean Bridge, but it was necessary to demonstrate who was now the Master of all the new territories. That is why the yellow car was racing along the empty highway, following the land route through the Ukrainian Union Republic towards Simferopol, and then on to Yalta.​
          The escort consisted not only of armored "Auruses"—in front of and behind the yellow Lada—but also helicopters and drones along the perimeter. Since there was a no-fly zone and radio-electronic suppression operating over the heavily guarded Lada itself, the security drones were at a distance from the convoy, scanning and guarding the sky and the ground approaches to it. Vladimir Vladimirovich, glancing at the sky, struck the steering wheel of the car with annoyance.
          ​After the victory over Ukraine and the capture of the entire territory, it became clear where some of the money and weapons from US and EU aid had been going. It was not corruption or international illegal arms trade. Everything became clear from the Ukrainian project "Sirko" documents seized by Russia. As part of this plan, bunkers were being created where weapons and cash were stockpiled. A network of underground resistance, the "Armed Forces of Independent Ukraine", was being established. And at the moment of the front's breakthrough, after Western aid ran out, Zelensky and the people prepared for this operation disappeared underground.​
          Bunkers—devoid of people but equipped with drones—were created throughout Ukraine. An operator could be ten kilometers away from a drone that would pop up from under the ground and attack the equipment and people of the new government. The plan was understood, but they failed to uncover the entire network. And now, to drive past the TV cameras across the entire territory of the new Union State (Union of Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine) and show that the National Leader controlled the entire territory, it was necessary to clear the highway to Yalta not only along its length but also across its entire route. And not only on the ground but also in the air. Arestovich, the newly elected president of Ukraine (who had signed the union treaty with Russia and Belarus), was himself unable to control security neither along the route to Yalta nor throughout Ukraine.​
          The meeting of the three world power leaders in Yalta opened a new era in global politics. Russia, China, and the USA decided to set aside all disagreements and resolve all conflict issues through negotiations. And the route of the yellow car, filmed from various angles, was supposed to be the prologue to a film about the changes in the life not only of Russia (and the entire Union State) but of the whole world. It was difficult to persuade the leaders of China and the USA to fly to Russia for such a meeting. The Chinese were persuaded by the argument that the Shanghai Cooperation Organization already existed and a second global summit or organization involving the USA and Russia should be outside Chinese territory. Trump was persuaded by the comparison to the Yalta meeting of Roosevelt, Stalin, and Churchill for dividing the world after World War II. Yalta 2.0 as a redivision of the world – that was the idea behind the meeting of the three leaders.​Politicians from the European Union and the Arab world were outraged by this turn of events. But no one could do anything about the situation.
          ​After the victory (achievement of all SVO objectives), Russia expanded its borders and signed a full-fledged union treaty with Belarus and Ukraine (with the transfer of authority to Moscow, the capital of the Union State). This became possible thanks to Trump's policy of not continuing support for Ukraine. After the cessation of weapon and money supplies, the front collapsed.
          There was no money to pay soldiers and officials. There was no ammunition for the soldiers. There were no missiles to defend against air attacks. Everything collapsed in a single day. And three days later, Arestovich drove into Kyiv on a white "Armata" tank. Zelensky went underground. His associates became rebels from the Armed Forces of Independent Ukraine.​                 The Yalta meeting was successful. Globally, everything had already been discussed by experts, and the contours of the new world order were outlined. The leaders of the three countries in Yalta shook hands and signed the Great Treaty of Peace. Only this Peace was not in the sense of "no war." It was a Treaty of Peace as in the planet Earth and the division of spheres of influence across the entire globe.​
          The Union State received the entire European continent and all former USSR republics into its sphere of influence. China and the USA agreed that Istanbul should once again become Constantinople, and the Bosphorus Strait should pass under the control of the Union State. The USA received both Americas, including Canada and Greenland, as well as the Caribbean and Pacific basins, into its sphere of influence. Australia and New Zealand, as English-speaking countries and adherents of Western culture, also passed into the US sphere of influence.    
​          This decision did not come easily to China. China became the sovereign master for expansion across all of Asia—from Vietnam to Cambodia—and also gained all the islands, including Indonesia and Papua New Guinea, up to New Zealand. And of course—Taiwan. It was difficult to agree on the status of Japan. Both China and the USA promised to leave the Kuril Islands under the jurisdiction of the Union State to gain its support on this issue. China did not want to have the unsinkable aircraft carrier "Japan" under the US flag right next door. Japan passed into China's sphere of influence, and as a compromise, China agreed to leave Australia in the US sphere of influence. The Arab world and Africa were decided in Yalta to remain as markets and sources of resources for free trade for all three great powers. The division of spheres of influence implied that the territories from these spheres would join the composition of the three new global empires. Besides the cartel conspiracy of the world powers, they held nuclear clubs. Only these three powers were allies to each other. And having received the contours of their future possessions, the three leaders flew back to their capitals.​
          Thus began the Age of Dictators.
